Who can join WIFM?
At this time WIFM is comprised of professional women facility managers. No associate or service providers may join WIFM at this time.

How often do you meet?
During the last conference, the group agreed to meet three times per year in Austin,  TX.  This was the most central point in Texas and Vinson and Elkins was gracious enough to donate their facility for the meeting.


Do people attending need to be a member of IFMA?
No, this is open to all Women in Facilities Management.  We encourage you to ask other women facility or property managersto attend.  Please just have them contact us so we can add them to the mailing list and have an accurate count of attendees. We encourage membership in IFMA, BOMA, ALA and other professional trade organizations.
  
Is there a cost associated with attending?
Corporate Floors is underwriting the organization as well as the web site.  The meeting space is being donated by Vinson & Elkins Law Firm. During each meeting the group allows one associate company (a company who provides services and products to facility managers) to sponsor lunch for receiving promotion on the web, newsletters and during the meeting.
